BLIND TEN

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

In short: Blind Ten collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Everything stays on your iPhone.

Who is responsible

Leroy Fischer, c/o flexdienst – #22251, Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 74, 67663 Kaiserslautern, hello@blindten.com (see the imprint).

The app

What stays on your phone

Player names, emoji avatars, groups, game results, statistics and house-rule cards are stored only on your device. They never reach us, and deleting the app deletes them.

Playing together on several iPhones

When you host or join a session, nearby iPhones connect directly to each other over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth using Apple's MultipeerConnectivity, encrypted. They exchange only what the game needs: the name and emoji you enter, and turn events such as "ready" or your stopped time. Nothing goes over the internet or to us, and sessions are not saved. iOS asks for permission to use the local network; you can change it at any time in the iPhone's Settings.

Purchases

The optional Party Pack is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment under its own privacy policy; we never see your payment details. The app only asks Apple whether the Party Pack is unlocked on your Apple Account.

Tracking and analytics

The app contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no tracking of any kind.

Children

The app has no accounts and collects no data, so it collects no data from children either.
